CLUB ORDER AND PACKING WINDOWS

Club orders will be sent to our supplier (KAPPA) shortly after the dates listed below. Orders placed by these dates will be included in these club orders:
* Order 1 - by Wednesday 5th November 2025
* Order 2 - by Friday 23rd January 2026
* Order 3 - by Wednesday 8th April 2026
* Order 4 - by Wednesday 27th May 2026

Orders will generally be packed and distributed through managers in the first week of each month. We carry limited stock on shelf, so please plan ahead with your purchases - including spares of essential items and winter clothing before it gets cold.

If your order is genuinely urgent, please email clothing@swqthunder.com and request that the item be dispatched as a priority (if we have the item in stock).

PLEASE REMEMBER, our uniform staff are VOLUNTEERS and are packing and distributing these items after work and their family responsibilities and children's sporting commitments have been taken care of.
